Heatec’s process heaters are crafted to directly heat a flowing fluid product, whether it’s in liquid or gas form. Process heaters heat products directly, unlike thermal fluid heaters that heat media (thermal fluid), indirectly warming products or other equipment. 

Variations in design include helical coils, serpentine coils, and fire tubes, with options for vertical or horizontal configurations. Convection heaters also fall under the category of process heaters. 

Certain process heaters, particularly those featuring helical heating coils in a vertical setup, necessitate complete clearing of the coils after use. This design facilitates efficient drainage through gravity, ensuring thorough coil cleaning.
